July 2008 update –

It's early Summer here at RockPoP Gallery, and some great new items we "planted on our site" in the Spring are now bursting with color (OK, some are B&W, but still beautiful!), ready to add some excitement to your walls.

New items just added to stock - Photographer Piper Ferguson has joined our roster, adding in some of the amazing portraits she's done of music icons ranging from Merle Haggard to Joe Strummer. Fans of classic rock imagery now have a great selection of prints and posters from one of the masters - John Van Hamersveld (including a superb "Exile on Main Street" print), and we've expanded our gold record selection now to include new presentations featuring The Who, The Beach Boys, ZZ Top and many others. Fans of "the Purple One" MUST check out this new "Sexy M.F." print by PlasticGod! And finally, we're glad to be able to offer a VERY limited edition print of the awesome cover of Genesis' The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway by Storm Thorgerson.

More newer fine art works (in stock) - Rolling Stones fans should take a look at 3 new uncut collectible card sheets featuring 49 - 105 images of the band (album covers, photos, tour posters and more), while Santana fans now have a rare opportunity to own one of two special-edition prints of the famous Lion image by Lee Conklin, used on their debut record. Justin Hampton's newest gigposter touts Motorhead's appearance at the 2008 SXSW event in Austin. Finally, KnuckleBonz continues to impress us with their RockIconz statue series, now featuring Jimmy Page, Freddie Mercury, Brian May and a new Dimebag Darrell!

Wait - there's more! - Deadheads can now own something new and exciting - a very cool 5-image limited-edition collage from Bob Minkin's "Dick's Picks - Stamp Series". In addition, we're proud to offer the works of legendary rock photographer Neil Zlozower, including 7 of his best-known images, featuring shots of Zakk Wylde, Dimebag Darrell, David Lee Roth, Alice Cooper and others. We're also very happy to show art/music fans everywhere the special-edition "Warhol's Factory Series" prints from top photo agency Retna and photographer Nat Finkelstein . This stunning new collection of 10 of Nat's amazing photos of The Velvet Underground & Nico, Bob Dylan, Rolling Stone Brian Jones, actress Edie Sedgwick and artist/impresario Andy Warhol were taken at Warhol's NYC studio in the mid-1960's.

We've recently added 2 complete Suburban Press poster portfolios by Jamie Reid - now's your chance to own limited-edition prints of the images that catalyzed the rise of Punk in the U.K.!
