- First, review the Terms and Conditions of our Affiliate Agreement;

 

- If you agree to the Terms and Conditions you've read, then fill out the Application form with all of the information requested.

 

- Submit the Application form and you're ready-to-go! We'll contact you immediately (within 2 business days) if we find any reason that we're unable to accept your application. 

 

 

- Commission rate - 20% of the total sales price for an order referred by your site (via the specially-coded link you'll insert in your site), not including shipping/insurance and any applicable taxes.

 

- Commission payments - paid monthly, within 30 days after the close of the calendar month.

Affiliates must have earned at least U.S.$20.00 before we will issue a commission check.

 

- Qualifying Visits/Duration - qualifying purchases must be made within 10 days after your referral's first visit to our Gallery site.

 

- Returns/Credits - RockPoP Gallery offers Customers a 30-day return policy. Any credits for items returned that were purchased via an Affiliate link will be deducted from any commissions due that Affiliate.

 

- Non-qualifying Affiliate Sites - we reserve to review your site to make sure that it adheres to our standards. Non-qualifying site standards include sites that feature violence, hate, discrimination or adult materials; sites that violate the Intellectual Property of others, or sites that feature or promote any other illegal or discriminatory practices or activities.
