- First, review the Terms and Conditions of our Affiliate Agreement;
- If you agree to the Terms and Conditions you've read, then fill out the Application form below with all of the information requested. By filling out and submitting the form (by clicking the "Register" button), you're agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions found in our Affiliate Agreement.
- Submit the Application form (by clicking the "Register" button) and you're ready-to-go! We'll contact you immediately (within 2 business days) if we find any reason that we're unable to accept your application.
