Officially-licensed collectible print with the image reproduced on a silk-like, washable and durable 100% polyester fabric - it won't rip like a paper poster. The quality of the printing is really impressive, and its approx. 30" x 40" size will make it the focal point wherever you hang it up.
Light as a feather, the print can be hung using tape, velcro, tacks, clips, poster hanger sets, etc.. Take a dowel rod and some clips and turn it into a flag (you'll be the center of attention at your home-town parades, no doubt!). Of course, you'll want to bring it to the next concert you attend - just be mindful that others will want to have it for their very own :-)
This handsome portrait was taken to promote the band’s 2001 release Just Push Play, featuring the hit single “Jaded”. The record rose to #2 on the album charts, and the band’s 8 month Just Push Play Tour sold nearly a million tickets over 56 dates (briefly interrupted by the events of September 11th, 2001).
The record cover featured a female robot (a “Fembot”, Austin Powers fans?) with a Marilyn Monroe program pack installed (done by Japanese illustrator Hajime Sorayama, who’s Sexy Robot book caused quite the stir in the early 80s – Robot geeks also know him as the designer of Sony’s 1st-generation AIBO robot dog).
The consummate showmen, the tour included shows in the U.S. and Japan and featured not one but two stages – one out in the “cheap seats” where the band would go and play a short set from during the concert.
