About the Photographer -
Graduating with a degree in Photography from Syracuse University, 23-year-old Phil Mucci moved to New York City in 1992 and found work as a freelance photo assistant, finally landing a gig as a studio manager for photographer Eric Meola in 1993. Three years later, after putting together his own original portfolio, he struck out on his own and found work with a variety of clients where he gained recognition for his photographic and photo-montage compositional talents. Phil’s clients span the music, fashion and celebrity areas, and he’s worked with a wide range of artists including Christina Aguilera, Jay-Z, Ludacris, Trent Reznor, My Chemical Romance, The Killers, The Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Carrie Underwood. Advertising clients include Ecko, Rocawear, and Skechers. In 2005, Phil took the giant leap into filmmaking and now also shoots music videos, commercials and short films.
