2005-06 was a banner year for our boys from New Jersey, with their appearance at Live 8, the release of their fastest-selling record ever (Have A Nice Day), receiving a Diamond Award for having sold over 100 million records world-wide, and a huge world tour which included a sold-out show at Giants Stadium (their 8th) and a somewhat harrowing experience in early 2006 when their jet overshot a runway in Ontario, Canada!

 

Have A Nice Day also became the first album from a rock group to have a single top the Billboard "Hot Country" chart ("Who Says You Can't Go Home").

 

Bon Jovi received another great honor in November 2006 when they were inducted into the UK Music Hall of Fame (along with James Brown!).
