During the years 1967-69, Karl Ferris was one of the preferred photographers to the British Rock elite, shooting PR photos and creating album cover images such as this one for Donovan’s "Gift From A Flower To A Garden" (he also did the covers for "Wear Your Love Like Heaven", "For The Little Ones" and "Hurdy Gurdy Donovan", which are available on special order).

He was also instrumental in creating their “Images” for the shoots, which then became their recognized public image.

The first 2-record box set in the rock music era, this 1967 opus features the psychedelic minstrel in fine form on "Wear Your Love Like Heaven" and other folk/blues cuts.
