Sculpted in resin by a skilled team of artists, then hand-painted in fine detail, standing approx. 8.5" high. It is offered in a very limited, hand-numbered edition of 3000 and includes a wooden display base. This is an officially licensed product from George Lynch and shows him in a classic guitar hero pose, holding his signature "bones" custom guitar.
Considered one of modern rock's most technically-imaginative and lyrical guitarists, George Lynch's career has included being a featured player in Dokken in the 70's and 80's, leaving in 1988 to form his own band Lynch Mob and releasing LM and solo albums thru the early 90's. Dokken reunited again from 1994 - 1997, after which Lynch has pursued a multi-faceted career, both as leader of an always-evolving Lynch Mob and as a developer of music technology.
Equipment he co-developed and endores includes the Seymour Duncan “Screamin’ Demon” line of electric guitar pickups (VERY popular), as well as the “Super V” pickup (available on the ESP George Lynch Super V guitar); Morley’s “Tripler” amp switching system; George Lynch signature cables with American Recording Technology; strings with Dean Markley; the “Lynch Box/MTS Stack” modular amplifiers with Randall Amplifiers; and the “GL Time Machine Boost” effects pedal with Legendary Tones/Robert Keeley. He has endorsed ESP Guitars for over 20 years (who produces a full line of George Lynch Signature guitars), as well as Yamaha acoustic guitars. |
