I particularly like the nice skull cuff buttons...

The Spanish Castle was a Seattle-area dance hall that Jimi would sometimes jam at. Since it was outside the city proper (to stay outside local liquor laws), Jimi would need to find rides out to the club, sometimes without much luck...The club was torn down in 1968.
