From left to right - Mr. Jones (drowned 1969), Mr. Morrison ("heart failure" 1971), Mr. Hendrix (OD in 1970), Ms. Joplin (OD in 1970), Mr. Cobain (suicide 1994). Behind them, Mr. Johnson (possible poisoning, 1938).

All 27 years old, and all gone too soon.
