Inspired by the artwork Schenkel produced for the like-named Rykodisc compilation of Zappa's music released in 1998.

"Cheap Thrills" was intended to give both Zappa fans and the uninitiated a broad selection of his music (studio and live tracks), his musings, and a few dirty jokes just for giggles.

Not to be confused with the Janis Joplin recording of the same name (with another iconic album cover!), this Cheap Thrills includes Zappa classics such as "Zomby Woof", "Bobby Brown Goes Down", "Catholic Girls", "Joe's Garage" and a great live version of "My Guitar Wants To Kill Your Mama".
